With a corn cob pipe
And a button nose
And two eyes made of coal
A fairy tale they all say
Came to life one day
Frosty Snowman, he comes
There must have been some magic
In that old silk hat they found
Thumpety thump
Thumpety thump
Watch him go
Over frozen fields of snow
Frosty said that the sun
Was too hot that day
So he said let's run
To the square
And we'll play
And we'll have some fun
Before I melt away, yeah
There must have been some magic
In that old silk hat they found
Thumpety thump
Thumpety thump
Watch him go
Over frozen fields of snow
He led them through the streets of town
Right to the traffic cop
And he only paused a moment when
They heard him holler stop
Frosty had to hurry on his way
He turn to wave goodbye and say
I'll be back some day, don't cry
Just be good and don't ask why
Thumpety thump
Thumpety thump
Watch him go
Thumpety thump
Thumpety thump
Watch him go
Over frozen fields of snow

More than 30 musicians converged on The 3rd Ear recording studio in Cleveland, OH between September 17 and November 7, 2001, to donate their time to the production of "North Coast Noel", a compilation CD of traditional and popular holiday and Christmas music.
The CD, which encompasses a variety of styles and genres, was produced in order to raise money to benefit victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. Two other tracks recorded at Cave Recording in New York were added later.
This compilation is full of very talented, creative artists who have captured the spirit of Christmas in an enjoyable way!
released November 23, 2001
All selections recorded, mixed, mastered and produced at The 3rd Ear, Berea, Ohio between September 18 and November 7, 2001 by Kurt Tischer unless otherwise noted.

Many, many thanks to all the performers who got together and made this recording possible. I believe it has completely exceeded our expectations and everyone did a fantastic job.
Special thanks to Paul at The Cave, Cosmic Stepping Stones and The Dick Tucker Band for getting together in New York to add something to the mix.
